LDEI Sacramento Mentorship
Mentorship Program Overview
Be part of the LDEI Sacramento Chapter’s inaugural Mentorship Program.
Dames help participants develop leadership skills, gain operational knowledge and build industry networks. The chapter is committed to investing in and supporting each participant’s success. Sacramento Dames bring broad expertise in agriculture, food, beverage, hospitality and related fields within the food system. Those interested in a specific field will likely be matched with someone who works, or has worked, in that area.
The six-month program is designed to provide in-person support and guidance. Participants and mentors connect through monthly meetings and a final half-day workshop. Each participant is paired with a woman who has navigated a similar path and achieved success.
